Lisa Chothia is a Nutritional Therapist working as The Nutritional Realist.  

Lisa worked in corporate blue chip companies for over 15 years after graduating from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2010.  She achieved the “Patrick Halford Success in the Face of Adversity” award, having nearly died in 2007 (one month into the course!) from a reaction to an unknown virus.

In 2011 she took the decision to leave her life in London and move back up North to her parents and by 2013 she had found her way to Leeds, creating The Nutritional Realist in 2014.

Lisa’s ethos is to be the approachable accessible end of the mine-field that can be nutrition.

As part of the SuperWellness team she provides Nutrition Centred Wellbeing to corporate businesses across the country.  This includes Wellbeing roadshow days, lunch and learns, touch and taste workshops and 3 month challenges.

Her clients enjoy her practical hints and tips that fit with their lifestyles which she will be sharing in the event “Food For the Mind”.
