ALLGOOD have been in business since 2003, they’ve built a fantastic name for themselves and are highly regarded as the ‘go to’ branding people. They told us they wanted an accountant who understood them, helped plan for the future and didn’t just meet once a year.
When we met their director Paul Dodd was looking for completely new systems to help manage their numbers. He’d heard about Xero, but had only scratched the surface of its capabilities and had no idea about the efficiency of its add-ons. Fast forward 3 years and they have doubled turnover and grew to a team of 4 people.
We now help ALLGOOD accurately predict and plan their cashflow, use real-time dashboards to graphically display their financial position and use a host of Xero add-ons to automate their finances. Even their staff manage their own expenses and mileage using apps. This allows Paul to spend more time growing the business and coming up with new ideas. It’s a pleasure watching and helping with their expansion.
